Why Choose M2

The simplest answer to why you should choose us for your home remodel in the Phoenix Metro area is because we are PERFECTIONISTS.

We take extreme pride in our work, and have a sense of responsibility when a client lets us into their home. We are FAST, clean, respectful and obsessed with perfection. We use the highest quality materials while utilizing the best practices to ensure your project is done right. We guarantee our workmanship.

Some other things you may want to know about M2:

We are Licensed, Bonded & Insured AZROC 311513, 312046

Once we start a job, our average turnaround time for a standard tub-to-shower conversion is 5 days. Other jobs vary, but we do not waste time. We keep you updated on any possible material backorders or delayed lead times. We always order the material in plenty of time to make sure it arrives when we need it on the job and you are not sitting around with a half finished job for any period of time.

For a full or large bathroom or kitchen remodel, we are happy to consider any area in Metro Phoenix. For smaller jobs, we stay closer to our backyard, servicing Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, North Phoenix, Arcadia and Paradise Valley.

The materials that homeowners can purchase from liquidators or big box stores are not the best of quality. There are many reasons why the material is liquidated: it does not meet manufacturers quality control specifications, it has issues with dye lots, limited quantities on hand (once it’s gone it’s gone) and more. We guarantee that we will get you a below retail rate on any material you want. Our pricing cannot be beat for the quality of material we provide due to our relationship with our suppliers as well as the quantity of material we purchase.

There are no hidden or surprise fees in our pricing. We breakdown all elements of the scope of the job, and we discuss upfront any potential obstacles we could run into and what that could mean - a previous shower that was improperly built can lead to mold issues, foundation issues, plumbing issues, etc. We work hard to minimize possible surprises at the start.

Many of our clients comment that they are surprised that the owner, Mark DiGianfilippo, is regularly on the job site to make sure work is progressing on-time, is done up to the highest standards, to physically do some of the work with his team, and to answer any homeowner questions. From bidding the job, to working through design to installation, Mark is hands-on through the entire process.
